Dashi Ponzu Soy Sauce is made by adding dashi broth to ponzu, resulting in a richer sauce with a mellower citrus flavor. Our carefully brewed soy sauce, made from 100% whole domestically grown soybeans, is combined with dashi made from natural ingredients and the juice of Japanese citrus fruits such as sudachi.
