Pork Shabu Shabu Somen with Lemon 2 servings Dried somen noodles 100g (2 bundles) Thinly sliced pork 100g Okra 20g Lemon slices as needed A Soup Base 80ml Water 320ml Lemon juice 2tbsp Salt (for rubbing okra) as needed Preparation Mix (A) in a bowl and chill the soup in the refrigerator. Boil sliced pork in a pot and drain. Rub okra with salt, blanch and cut in half lengthwise. Cook somen noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse the noodles under running cold water and drain. Serve noodles and the soup in a bowl and top with pork, lemon and okra.
