Ingredients´╝ĆServes 2
Drumette oieces 200g (about 4)
Potatoes 300g (about 2)
Turnip 100g (about 1)
Carrot 60g (about 1/3)
Cabbage 125g (about 1/8 head)
Onion 100g (about 1/2)
Broccoli 40g (about 1/8 head)
Black pepper as needed
Salt (for blanching) as needed
A
Dashi Soy Sauce 50ml
Water 600ml
Preparation
  1. Cut potatoes and turnip in half. Cut carrots into dice.
  2. Cut cabbage and onion into wedges.
  3. Cut broccoli into small florets and blanch in salted water.
  4. In a pot, add (A), drumette 1 and 2 and simmer until vegetables are soft, skimming off the scum.
  5. Add 3 and season with black pepper.
