Coriander Ground Pork Skewers Ingredients／Serves 2 Ground pork 200g Fresh coriander 20g Red pepper 30g Onion 50g (about 1/4) Egg 25g (about 1/2) Salt pinch Pepper Pinch Oil as needed Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce as needed Lime as needed Preparation Roughly chop coriander, red pepper and onion. In a bowl, mix together ground pork, 1, egg, salt and pepper. Form into cylinder shapes and thread pork mixture onto skewers. Heat oil in a frying pan, add 2 and brown all sides. Cover and steam for 5 minutes. Place on a dish and serve with Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce and lime wedges.
