Grilled Chicken with Ponzu Sauce Ingredients／Serves 2 Chicken thighs 200g Garlic, sliced 5g (about 1 clove) Cherry tomatoes, halved 10g (about 1) Ponzu Soy Sauce 2tbsp Assorted baby green as needed Salt as needed Pepper as needed Vegetable oil 2tsp Preparation Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and set aside. Heat the oil and garlic in a pan. When the garlic aroma begins to arise, remove the garlic. Place the chicken skin side down on the same pan and cook both side until browned. Pour the Ponzu Soy Sauce over the chicken. Cover and sauté for five minutes. On a plate, place the baby greens and sliced chicken on top. Pour the remaining sauce in the pan over chicken and arrange with garlic and cherry tomatoes.
