Spareribs Ingredients／Serves 2 Pork spareribs 400g Cherry tomatoes optional Flat-leaf parsley optional Vegetable oil 1tsp Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce 3tbsp Honey 1tbsp Preparation Pierce the spareribs with a fork. Put 1 and A in a zipper bag, then let it marinate in the fridge for 2 hours or more. Heat the oil in a pan and add spareribs with marinate and brown both sides. Lower the heat, cover and sauté until cooked. Serve with cherry tomatoes and flat-leaf parsley.
