Japanese Taco Rice

Ingredients/Serves 2
Cooked rice 2 servings
Ground beef & Ground pork 100g each
Tomato, cut into cubes 100g
Lettuce, cut into small pieces 60g
Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Chedder or mozzarella, shredded As needed
Vegetable oil 1tsp
Preparation
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, and cook ground beef and pork until it is browned.
  2. Add Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce and sauté.
  3. To assemble your taco rice, serve rice on a plate and top with lettuce, 2, tomato, followed by shredded cheese.
