Teriyaki Chicken Ingredients/Serves 2 Chicken thighs 400g Teriyaki Soy Sauce 6 tbsp Vegetable oil 1 tbsp Red leaf lettuce Optional Cherry tomatoes Optional Preparation Score chicken thighs and pierce the skin with the fork, then let it marinate in Teriyaki Soy Sauce for about 10 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan, and cook 1 with skin side down until it is browned, then turn it over. Lower the heat, cover and sauté until it is cooked. Serve with red leaf lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
