Octopus and Taro Nimono

Octopus (boiled) 100g
Taro (boiled) 200g
Nizakana Soy Sauce 50cc
Water 200cc
Preparation
  1. Make poaching liquid with one part Nizakana Soy Sauce to four parts water. Bring to boil, add previously boiled octopus and taro and simmer until cooked thoroughly.
