Our soy sauces come in sets of seven (excluding noodle sets.) Products are not available for individual sale.
Our products come in an attractive gift box. Gift wrapping is not available.
Orders to the Continental US are shipped via FedEx. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories are shipped by the US Postal Service. International shipping is not available at this time. Please contact Kamada Shoji at email@example.com for deliveries to countries other than the United States.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes in the Continental US. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Signature Delivery Confirmation is available for an additional charge of $1.50 in the Continental US and $2.35 to Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories. This is an “Indirect Signature Required“ option, which allows a neighbor or building supervisor, etc., to take delivery of the package in the event that you are not at home. Please contact us if you have special needs with regard to deliveries.
During the holidays and other busy periods, please expect deliveries to take 2 to 3 days longer than usual.
Please note that we will not be responsible for undeliverable orders due to mistaken addresses or the unavailability of the recipient. There is a separate fee for reshipping and forwarding. Please contact us for more details.
Returns and Exchanges
Please examine your shipment upon receipt for any damage or errors. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. In case of damage, we will exchange or replace any damaged products, and will bear the return shipping costs. Please note that when returning products due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for all return postage.
Orders and Payment
We accept VISA or Mastercard only for orders placed through our homepage. Upon ordering, you will receive confirmation by Email. We will also send your tracking number to you by Email when it becomes available.

When ordering by phone or by fax, an invoice or receipt will be sent to you from our head office in Japan. Please be advised that the invoice will arrive separately from your order, and will take one to two weeks to arrive.
