Kamada Usukuchi Soy (light colored soy sauce) flavored with Yuzu citrus juice from Shikoku and rice vinegar. Use as a dipping sauce for white fish, pickles, and Gyoza (potstickers.) Ponzu also makes a delicious salad dressing, and is great as a Japanese-style Steak sauce.
