Pork chunks 200g
Potatoes 200g

Ponzu Soy 3 Tbsps
Water 4 fl oz.
Sugar 1 Tbsp
Corn starch 2 tsps
Cooking sake, corn starch and cooking oil used in moderation
Preparation
  1. Lightly sprinkle cooking sake on pork cut into bite-sized pieces, and leave it for about 10 minutes. Then sprinkle corn starch on pork and deep fry with potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces.
