Honey Dashi Potatoes Ingredient:2 servings Potatoes 3 A Butter 1 Tbsp Cooking oil 1 Tbsp Garlic 1 clove, minced B Less Sodium Dashi Soy 1 Tbsp Honey 1 tsp Oil for frying, Parsley as needed Salt and pepper as needed Preparation Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces (leaving the skin on is OK), fry in oil and season with salt and pepper.
