Fried Oysters Ingredient:2 servings Oysters 8 Nizakana Soy 3 Tbsps Cornstarch as needed Sliced garlic 2 cloves Olive oil as needed Butter 1 Tbsp Lemon as needed Preparation Wash oysters well and pat dry. Marinate in Nizakana Soy for 5 minutes. Heat a fair amount of olive oil in a frying pan and add garlic. When garlic turns color and gets crispy, remove garlic from pan and add butter. Dust oysters with cornstarch and fry until they begin to crisp. Put oysters on a plate and top with garlic pieces. Serve with lemon slices.
