Spinach Salad Ingredient:2 servings Spinach 1 bunch (about 14oz) Bacon 2 oz (50g) garlic 1 clove A Dashi Soy 2 Tbsps Salad Soy 2 Tbsps Chili pepper flakes as needed Vegetable oil 1 tsp Preparation Cut spinach into bite-sized pieces. Cut bacno into 1-inch strips. Slice garlic thinly. Heat oil in a frying pan and brown garlic; remove from pan. Add bacon and fry until crispy. Add A and allow to come to a boil. Pour dressing from step 2 over spinach and sprinkle garlic on top.
