Brown Rice Hotdish Ingredient:2 Servings Brown Rice 1 cup A Chicken bouillon 2 cubes Dashi Soy 1 Tbsp Water 1.5 cup B Chicken thigh meat 4 oz Broccoli 1/3 head Onion 1/4 Garlic 1 clove (minced) Butter 1 Tbsp Cheese 4 oz Preparation Wash and soak the brown rice. Add A to a rice cooker and cook as usual, or use sauce pan and cook until liquid is absorbed. Cut the chicken and broccoli into bite sized pieces. Mince the garlic and onion. Melt butter in a frying pan and fry lightly. Mix the vegetables, chicken, and rice with 1/2 of the cheese. Put mixture in a baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake in a 375 degree F oven for about 20 minutes.
