Parsley By taste
2 Tomato
1 Lemon
3tb Salad Soy
Salt & Pepper Sparingly
<Batter>
2tb Flour
1 Egg
1.5 Cups Corn Flakes
Preparation
Cut salmon into pieces that are easily edible, shake salt and pepper on top, put in a bowl and coat with Salad Soy.
Cut the lemon and tomato into 8 pieces.
Lightly coat the salmon with flour and dip in raw scrambled egg. Cover the salmon with cracked corn flakes.
Place the salmon pieces on a pan so that they do not overlap and put in the oven. Bake at 400 F until slightly browned (12~15 minutes).
Arrange the salmon on a plate with lemon, tomato and parsley. Squeeze the lemon over salmon and enjoy (It is also delicious with Salad Soy and Ponzu Soy poured on top)!!
