Shrimp Steamed with White Wine
Ingredient: 4 servings
7 oz (6-8 pieces) Shrimp (Frozen, with shell)
2 Tbsp White Wine
Salad Soy (To Taste)
1/3 Lemon
Preparation
Put shrimp in water to partly defrost and remove back vein.
Put shrimp on a heat-resistant plate with the shrimp tails facing inward. Pour the white wine over the shrimp and wrap with saran wrap. Heat in an 800W microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. (If you hear a popping sound, take it out even if the time is not up yet.)
Take the shell off the shrimp, squeeze the lemon on it and pour the Salad Soy on it.
White Wine Chicken
Ingredient: 4 servings
25 oz Chicken Thigh
Salt and Pepper To Taste
2 Tbsp Flour
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Onion
1 Carrot
1 Celery
8 Mushrooms
<Soup>
6.8 oz White Wine
1.7 oz Salad Soy
1 Chicken bouillon
1.7 oz Water
Preparation
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, making slits in sections that are especially thick. Shake salt and pepper onto it and thinly flour the chicken.
Cut the onion in half lengthwise and slice thinly. Peel the skin of the carrot, cut in half lengthwise and cut again into 0.1 inch slices. Peel the strings off of the celery and cut into 0.2 inch pieces. Cut mushrooms lengthwise.
Put olive oil in the pan and sauté the chicken until it is browned and take the chicken out.
In the (1) pan. Add (2) and sauté After everything is cooked through add the chicken from (3) and the <Soup> ingredients.
When there is little soup left, take off heat and serve.
