Seattle Bagel Sandwich

Ingredient: 4 servings
  • 4 Bagels
  • Individual portions of Lettuce and Smoked Salmon
  • 4 Fried Eggs
  • 1 Potato
  • ½ Onion
  • A
  • 200g Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Salad Soy

Preparation
  1. Thinly slice onion and soak in water. Peel Potato and cut into bite-sized pieces, and microwave for 3 minutes (or until cooked). Take out and mash potatoes.
  2. Combine (1) and A well to make a simple potato salad.
  3. Slice bagel in half and layer with lettuce, smoked salmon, potato salad, fried egg, and onion.

Kamada Caesar Salad

Ingredient: 2 servings
  • 4 Pieces of Thinly Sliced French Bread
  • Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ Tsp Salad Soy Sauce
  • Ground Garlic to taste
  • Lettuce or mixed Salad Greens
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation
  1. Spread sauce on French Bread and toast. Cut into bite-sized pieces and toss these pieces with lettuce and cheese to make a simple and delicious Caesar Salad.
