Cherry Tomato Cheese Bake

Ingredient: 2 servings
  • 7oz Cherry Tomatoes
  • 5oz Spinach
  • 2.5oz Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • 1 Tbsp Salad Soy Sauce

Preparation
  1. Arrange 3cm pieces of spinach on a plate.
  2. Season with salt & pepper, add Salad Soy, and toss lightly.
  3. Cover with tomato and pizza cheese, and wrap with plastic wrap. Microwave for 3 minutes, then carefully remove plastic wrap.

Salmon Pilaf

Salmon Pilaf

Ingredient: 2 servings
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 8g butter
  • 4 tbsp Salad Soy Sauce
  • 3.5oz Salmon
  • 1.7oz chopped onion
  • 1.7oz frozen corn
  • 2 thinly sliced lettuce leaves
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Wrap salmon in plastic wrap and microwave for 1 & ½ minutes. Remove skin and bones.
  2. Heat butter in a frypan, and cook onion and corn.
  3. When well heated, add salmon, salt and pepper, and mix well.
  4. Once cooked add Salad Soy.
  5. Add cooked rice, and combine all ingredients.
  6. Last, add lettuce, mix quickly and remove from heat.
