* Ponzu Soy Recipe

Cod Roe Spaghetti

Chili-Pon Chicken Ingredient: 2 servings

7oz Pasta (Angel Hair Spaghetti)

Pinch Salt for Boiling

2tb Chopped Green Onion
Chopped Dry Nori As needed
<Sauce>
1 piece Cod Roe
1oz Butter
3tb Ponzu Soy
1tb Mayonnaise


Preparation
1. Boil the spaghetti in a large pot with salt.
2. Leave the butter out to room temperature. When it is soft, mash the butter evenly until it becomes creamy. Make an incision in the cod roe and squeeze the inside out. Add the Ponzu Soy and mayonnaise and mix everything together well.
3. Take the pasta out and strain it. Mix with the ingredients from step 2 while the pasta is still hot and sprinkle the green onions and dried nori on top.

Lamb with Herbs

Lamb with Herbs Ingredient: 2 servings

2 Pieces Lamb

Sparingly Salt

Sparingly Pepper
1tb Olive Oil
3tb White Wine
2 Pieces Thyme
2 Pieces Rosemary
 
Mashed Potatoes As desired

Herbs As desired


Preparation
1. Poke holes in the lamb with a fork, pound lightly and season with salt and pepper.
2. Put the olive oil in a pan, and heat on low heat. Add the thyme and rosemary and when the aroma begins to arise, put on high heat and add the lamb. Cook on both sides until they are browned, add the Ponzu Soy and the white wine, put a top on and steam on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
3. Put the meat from 2. on a plate, pour the juice from the meat on top and eat as you like with mashed potatoes and herbs.
