Chili-Pon Chicken

Chili-Pon Chicken Ingredient: 4 servings

8 Pieces Fried Chicken (non coated)

1/4 Sliced Onion

½ Sliced Cucumber
1 Red Chili Pepper (seeds removed)

Aoshiso, Lemon to taste

A:
1/3 cup Ponzu Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Water


Preparation
1. Heat chicken, and slice chili thinly into rings.
2. Combine sliced chili with A, and mix with chicken, onion, and cucumber.

Shabu Shabu Salad Roll

Shabu Shabu Salad Roll Ingredient: 4 servings

10.5oz Thinly Sliced Beef

½ Thinly Sliced Onion

3.5oz Kimchee

8 Leaves Sunny Lettuce (washed and torn to wrap-sized pieces)
A:
1/3 cup Ponzu Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Water


Preparation
1. Heat A and simmer beef until cooked and flavored.
2. Serve by adding beef, onion, and Kimchee to lettuce leaves, and roll them up!
