| 1.7oz Grated Daikon Radish |
| Ponzu Soy Sauce to taste |
| 1 Tbsp Olive Oil |
| Side vegetables of your choice |
Preparation
1. Season steak with salt & pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in frypan and cook steak on both sides.
3. Place steak on a plate, and top with grated daikon.
4. Add ponzu as you like, and arrange side vegetables.

| 1 bunch Broccoli |
| 5oz Shrimp |
| 1/4 Onion |
| Pinch of pepper |
| 1&1/2 Tbsp Mayonnaise |
| 2 Tbsp Ponzu Soy Sauce |
Preparation
1. Boil shrimp and broccoli in salted water.
2. Cut daikon and onion into strips and soak in water.
3. Mix mayo and Ponzu Soy well in a bowl.
4. Drain daikon and onion and add to bowl.
5. Add shrimp and pepper and mix well.
6. Arrange on a plate, and add broccoli.
