Japanese Spaghetti
Ingredient: 4 servings
14oz Pasta
4 Mushrooms
1 Bunch Enoki Mushroom
3 Shiitake Mushrooms
2oz Bacon
3 Green Onions
Grated Daikon Radish
Ponzu Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
Boil pasta to desired texture.
Slice mushrooms, and cut bacon and onion.
Heat olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cook ingredients from number 2, add pasta and combine.
Arrange on a plate and top with grated daikon and green onion. Pour Ponzu Soy, and eat!
Roasted Spring Roll
Ingredient: 2 servings
4 Spring Roll Wraps
2.5oz Thinly Sliced Pork
15g Mushroom
2.8oz Bean Sprouts
¼ Carrot
1.7oz Chopped Leeks
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
Seasoning A:
2 Tbsp Dashi Soy
1 Tsp Corn Starch
Pepper to taste
Preparation
Cut sliced pork into strips and season with A Seasoning.
Slice mushrooms, and cut carrots into thin pieces.
Add carrot, mushroom, and bean sprouts to a heat resistant dish. Wrap in plastic wrap and microwave for 2 & ½ minutes.
Remove plastic wrap carefully, and mix in the meat. Wrap in plastic again, and Heat for another 30 seconds.
Remove plastic, and mix in the leek.
Wrap mixture in Spring Roll wrappers.
Line a cooking sheet with Sesame oil, arrange spring rolls with seam on the bottom and top with more Sesame oil. Broil for 3 minutes.
Cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy.
