Japanese Style Steak

Ingredient: 1 servings
  • Steak for one person
  • 1.7oz Grated Daikon Radish
  • Ponzu Soy Sauce to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Side vegetables of your choice

Preparation
  1. Season steak with salt & pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in frypan and cook steak on both sides.
  3. Place steak on a plate, and top with grated daikon.
  4. Add ponzu as you like, and arrange side vegetables.

Shrimp Ponzu/Mayo Salad

Shrimp Ponzu/Mayo Salad

Ingredient: 2 servings
  • 2oz Daikon
  • 1 bunch Broccoli
  • 5oz Shrimp
  • ¼ Onion
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1&½ Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Ponzu Soy Sauce

Preparation
  1. Boil shrimp and broccoli in salted water.
  2. Cut daikon and onion into strips and soak in water.
  3. Mix mayo and Ponzu Soy well in a bowl.
  4. Drain daikon and onion and add to bowl.
  5. Add shrimp and pepper and mix well.
  6. Arrange on a plate, and add broccoli.
