Ingredient: 4 servings
| 1.3lb Chicken Breast (with or without skin) |
| 0.7oz butter |
| Pinches of salt & pepper |
| Salad Oil (for cooking) |
| 6 pieces broccoli |
| 1 tomato |
| Seasoning A |
| 4 Tbsp Sake |
| 3 Tbsp Sugar |
| 2 Tbsp Mirin |
| 8 Tbsp Dashi Soy |
Preparation
1. Prick the chicken with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
2. Combine A ingredients in a bowl and marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
3. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and coat with salad oil. Bake chicken at 395 F for 15 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and arrange cooked chicken on a dish with steamed broccoli and tomato wedges.

| 1 Block Tofu |
| Chopped Green Onion |
| Katsuo Bushi (dried fish flakes) |
| Grated ginger |
| Dashi Soy Sauce |
Preparation
1. Cut tofu into 8 pieces.
2. Arrange pieces of tofu on a plate.
3. Put Green Onion, Katsuo Bushi, and Grated ginger over tofu, and pour plenty of Dashi.
