Homemade Sauce using Kamada Dashi Soy
Salad Dressing with Kamada Ponzu Soy
Fresh Cube Steak Salad
Ingredient: 4 servings
1lb Beef Filet
2 Cloves Garlic
½ Daikon Radish
1 Avocado
Ponzu Soy to taste
2 Tbsp Dashi Soy
Pinches of Salt & Pepper
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Preparation
Lightly pound beef and season with salt and pepper. Cut into bite-sized cubes.
Thinly slice garlic. Shred daikon and soak in water.
Fry steak in oil until brown, add garlic and continue frying on medium heat. When finished add grated daikon and Dashi Soy.
Toss cooked steak with cubed avocado, and cover with Ponzu Soy to taste.
Beef Bowl
Ingredient: 4 servings
½ lb thinly sliced (Shabu-Shabu) beef
½ onion
½ carrot
5 stalks green onion
2 ½ cup cooked rice
Sauce A
1 cup water
1/5 cup Dashi Soy
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp Sake (dry cooking wine)
2 Tbsp Mirin (sweet rice wine)
½ Tsp grated ginger
½ Tsp salt
Preparation
Cut beef into bite-sized pieces, wedge-cut onion into strips, and julienne the carrot.
Heat oil in a fry-pan, and stir fry the onion and carrot.
Add Sauce A ingredients to pan, and cook.
Add beef and cook until no longer red.
Place single serving of rice into a bowl, and top with meat, onion and carrot.
