Dashi Soy Recipe

Bukkake Udon (Straight Udon)

Udon

Ingredient: 4 servings
  • 4 portions udon
  • Easy toppings
  • Grated daikon radish
  • Tenkasu fried tempura batter
  • Green onion
  • Grated ginger
  • Dashi Soy to taste

Preparation
  1. Cook udon to desired texture in boiling water.
  2. Drain and rinse well with cool water. Place in a serving bowl.
  3. Finely chop green onion.
  4. Add generous amounts of toppings to Udon and pour Dashi Soy on top. Mix well and enjoy!

Buttery Dashi Potatoes

Buttery Dashi Potatoes

Ingredient: 4 servings
  • 4 medium sized potatoes (1 lb)
  • 0.7oz butter
  • 4 Tbsp Dashi Soy

Preparation
  1. Wash potatoes well, and prick with a fork.
  2. Wrap each potato in plastic wrap and cook in a microwave for 8 to 10 minutes, or as required by your microwave.
  3. Carefully remove the plastic wrap and add butter and Dashi Soy.
