Japanese Plum Rice
Ingredient: 4 servings
2 ½ Cups Rice
2 (Large Size) Japanese Plum
3tb Dashi Soy
By taste Sesame Seeds
Preparation
Rinse the rice with water 30 minutes before cooking and leave in a strainer. Put the rice, Japanese plum and the Dashi Soy in the rice cooker.
When the rice is done cooking, let it steam for 10 minutes, take the seed out of the Japanese plums and mix it all together.
Put the rice in rice bowls and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Baked Squid
Ingredient: 2 servings
2 Squid
2 Cloves Garlic
3tb Mozarella Cheese (grated)
Parsley(Dried Parsely) As desired
3tb Dashi Soy
4tb Panko
2tb Olive Oil
Preparation
Cut squid into 2 cm rings. Take the sprout out of the garlic and cut the garlic into thinly sliced rounds.
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Put the garlic and squid into a heat resistant dish and pour the Dashi Soy, mozarella cheese, panko, and olive oil evenly on top.
Put 2 in the oven and bake until the top is browned. Take it out of the oven and put the parsley on top.
