Koikuchi Soy Recipe
Homemade Sauce using Kamada Dashi Soy
Salad Dressing with Kamada Ponzu Soy
Neopolitan Donburi
Ingredient: 4 servings
10.5oz ground beef
4 eggs
3.5oz green beens
(substitute with spinach or other greens)
21oz/1.3lb cooked rice
salad oil
Flavorings
A) 2 Tbsp Sugar, 2 Tbsp Mirin, 4 Tbsp Dashi Soy
B) Pinches or Sugar and Salt
Preparation:
Season eggs with salt and sugar.
Heat oil in fry pan and cook eggs. Remove from pan.
Brown the ground beef in the fry pan and season with A.
Boil green beans in slightly salty water, then rinse in cold water. Rinsing in cold water will help to keep the beans bright green color and texture.
In a bowl, arrange the three toppings over rice.
Boiled Spinach Salad
Ingredient: 4 servings
10.5oz Spinach
Seasoning A
5 Tbsp Ground White Sesame
2 Tbsp Sugar
6 Tbsp Dashi Soy
Preparation
Wash spinach in cold water, and place moist leaves in a sealable plastic bag.
Close bag, leaving a small opening for steam to escape, and microwave spinach for 1&1/2 minutes.
Remove from microwave and promptly pour cold water into the bag to hold the color of the spinach.
Drain the spinach and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange spinach in a serving bowl and top with A.
