- Returns and Exchanges
- Please examine your shipment upon receipt for any damage or errors. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. In case of damage, we will exchange or replace any damaged products, and will bear the return shipping costs. Please note that when returning products due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for all return postage.
- Orders and Payment
- We accept VISA or Mastercard only for orders placed through our homepage. Upon ordering, you will receive confirmation by email. We will also send your tracking number to you by email when it becomes available.
- If you wish to order by telephone, please call our toll free number 1-877-PACKSOY (1-877-722-5769).
- You can also order by facsimile. Please download a copy of our order form below, and fax it to us at 1-866-725-6256.
- When ordering by phone or by fax, an invoice or receipt will be sent to you from our head office in Japan. Please be advised that the invoice will arrive separately from your order, and will take one to two weeks to arrive.
